The hotel connects by breezeway the Peachtree Center.

Room Cost

Each chapter is responsible for booking their own hotel rooms. Please note that each chapter should plan to have 4 collegians per room and 2 advisors per room. If you have any questions about affordability, please reach out to your Chapter Finance Director. 

Room rate: $296.08 per night per night (inclusive of taxes and fees)

Travel Details

Arrival and Departure

Arrival – Friday

  • Programming begins at 6:00 p.m.

  • Air travelers should arrive before 3:00 p.m.

  • Attendees driving should arrive by 5:00 p.m.

  • Please eat dinner before the opening session.

The kickoff will include an overview of ADPi Academy and its educational benefits to help attendees explain the program to professors when requesting an excused absence.

Departure – Sunday

  • Programming concludes at 12:00 p.m.

  • Air travelers should book departures after 3:00 p.m.

  • Attendees driving may depart after the program concludes.

Parking

The Atlanta Marriott Marquis does not offer self-parking. Nearby parking garages and surface lots are available.

  • Recommended: Truist Parking Garage. Please note that the building connection closes on weekends and after 5:00 p.m.

  • Hotel valet: $60 per night, with a 20% discount for our attendees.

Air Travel

Attendees are responsible for booking their own flights. Chapters are responsible for all transportation costs.

Airport: Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL), approximately 11 miles from the hotel.

Recommended transportation options include MARTA, rideshare services, and taxis.

Getting to the Hotel via MARTA

MARTA is a convenient and cost-effective option for traveling from the airport to the Atlanta Marriott Marquis.

  • Fare: $2.50 one way or $5.00 round trip. Transfers are included when paying with a Breeze Card or ticket.

  • Purchase fares: At MARTA rail stations or online.

  • Route: Board either the Red Line (North Springs) or Gold Line (Doraville) at the airport. Both travel north through downtown to Peachtree Center Station, approximately 17 minutes away.

  • To the hotel: Follow signs for the Harris Street exit, then walk approximately three minutes to the hotel. Alternatively, exit through the Peachtree Center mall to use the skybridge connection.

Trains run approximately every 10 minutes on weekdays and every 20 minutes on weekends. View the MARTA rail map for details. 

Cancellation Policy

  • There are no refunds for cancellations at any time.

  • Substitutions submitted before registration closes will be processed at no charge.

  • Substitutions and additions made after registration closes will incur a $30 late fee on top of the regular registration rate. 

If Alpha Delta Pi must cancel or postpone the conference, all fees and deposits will remain nonrefundable and nontransferable. The organization is not responsible for costs associated with travel, lodging, insurance, or other related expenses resulting from cancellation or postponement.
