The purpose of ADPi Day in Arizona is to bring together alumnae and collegiate members, all connected to Arizona, for connection, celebration, and engagement.

The event will take place on Saturday, April 18, 2026 from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (MST).

The following ADPi sisters are invited to ADPi Day in Arizona:

  • Initiated members (in good standing) of any Arizona chapter (open or closed)
  • Initiated members (in good standing) currently living in Arizona, regardless of their chapter affiliation
  • Active and initiated collegiate members of ADPi (in good standing)

 

While guests are welcome to join ADPi members at the hotel for the weekend, only initiated members of ADPi may participate in the planned activities.

The venue is fully accessible, providing equal access and opportunities for all individuals and ensuring a seamless experience.

ADPi has secured a very limited room block at the host hotel for Friday, April 17 through Sunday, April 19. Guest room options include one King Bed or two Double Beds at a rate of $257 per night (plus tax). This special rate is also available for pre- and post-event stays, pending hotel availability, and does include the resort fee in its price. Please note that rooms are extremely limited, so we encourage you to reserve yours as soon as possible. Click here to make your reservation now!

The hotel offers both self-parking and valet parking at varying rates, depending on whether you are staying onsite. A shuttle service is also available to and from the Phoenix airport. For more specific details on parking and shuttle options, please visit the hotel’s website.

ADPi Day in Arizona concludes at 3:00 p.m. (MST) on Saturday. No activities are planned after this time, and attendees are welcome to make their own plans for the remainder of the day if they choose to stay in the area.

There is no additional cost to attend the Friday night Engage Event. To sign up, please email Carrie Clifford, Director of Alumnae Engagement, directly at cclifford@alphadeltapi.com. Do not register through the link in Pride Online or pay the $10 fee, as it is already included in your ADPi Day in Arizona registration.

The alumna fee is $75 and the collegian fee is $25.

Throughout ADPi Day in Arizona, a variety of drinks and snacks will be provided. Attendees will also enjoy a buffet lunch, included as part of their registration fee.

To register, please use our Swoogo website. Registration closes on Friday, April 3, 2026. Due to space constraints, we are unable to accept registrations after this deadline or onsite at the hotel on the day of the event.

Refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis. If you are unable to attend, please contact Carrie Clifford, Director of Alumnae Engagement, at cclifford@alphadeltapi.com to discuss your options.

Please dress business casual, similar to what you would wear for a formal chapter meeting. ADPi colors are encouraged, especially blue.
