Alpha Delta Pi and the Alpha Delta Pi Foundation are thrilled to have Kerry Schulman, President & Chief Executive Officer for the Ronald McDonald House® of Central and Northern Arizona, as our keynote speaker during the luncheon.

Kerry is an accomplished executive with experience in strategic assessments and implementation in operations, P&L oversight, hiring, training and development, and marketing. She is a results- oriented, decisive leader with proven success in owning and operating a multi-million-dollar business. Kerry has a track record of increasing sales and transactions and growing the bottom line while spearheading operational improvements to drive productivity and reduce costs. Kerry excels in dynamic and demanding environments while remaining pragmatic and focused.

Kerry previously owned and operated a McDonald’s franchise, has served as a Ronald McDonald House Central and Northern Arizona Board Member and an Executive Board Member, Co-Chaired the McNight Gala, and is now a proud and dedicated employee of the House who has an unyielding passion for the Mission. She considers it an honor to work for and be a part of something bigger than herself.

Kerry has been married to her husband Brian for 31 years. Together they have three grown children. In her free time, she enjoys volunteering in the community, hiking, travel, movies, and spending time with family and friends.
