Join Alpha Delta Pi at this kickoff event for the weekend! Heavy appetizers, a cash bar (for those 21 and older), and an evening of connection and celebration await as sisters come together to begin an unforgettable weekend. Reconnect with old friends, meet new ones, and ease into the festivities in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.

 

Please note, if you are not staying onsite at The Georgian Terrace Hotel, you will receive a parking voucher for attending, valid only for the duration of this two-hour event.

Visit Macon

October 10, 2026 - 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Wesleyan College

 

Join your fellow sisters for a meaningful trip to Macon - rain or shine!

 

Your morning will begin by boarding a charter bus and traveling together to Macon. We will spend the day at Wesleyan College, where Alpha Delta Pi was founded on May 15, 1851. There you will enjoy a walking private tour of campus and visit the many Alpha Delta Pi gifts and landmarks that honor the Sorority’s enduring legacy on the grounds.

 

Following the tour, a delicious lunch will be provided on campus as well as an opportunity to check out ADPi x Wesleyan merchandise, made exclusively for your visit.

 

Buses will then transport attendees to Rose Hill Cemetery to visit Eugenia's gravesite, to honor her life, vision, and lasting impact on the sisterhood. Sisters will return to Atlanta on the chartered buses to end the day.

 

Please note there is no programming scheduled for Saturday evening after the buses return to the city. Dinner and evening activities are on your own.

Suggested Dress Code: Comfortable clothing appropriate for walking and exploring Wesleyan and the gravesite. Tennis shoes are recommended, and guests are encouraged to wear ADPi blue and white.

Breakfast and Tour at Memorial Headquarters

Before heading home from this memorable weekend, make plans to stop by Alpha Delta Pi’s Memorial Headquarters. A light breakfast will be served as you explore the History Center, an interactive museum highlighting the rich heritage and milestones of the Sorority.

 

You'll also have the opportunity to visit the Hubbard Memorial Gardens, where our new bronze sculpture, gifted by Deen Day Sanders, Beta Sigma – Mercer, is proudly displayed.

 

This is a drop-in style event, and we hope this final activity provides a meaningful conclusion to a weekend filled with connection, history, and sisterhood.
