Full Weekend Registration includes access to the following:

• Friday Evening Reception (parking onsite at The Georgian for non-hotel guests is included)
• Saturday transportation to and from Macon, walking private tour and lunch at Wesleyan, and visit to Eugenia's gravesite
• Sunday light breakfast and visit to Memorial Headquarters and Hubbard Memorial Gardens

Sisters are responsible for booking their own accommodations for the weekend. The cost for accommodations is separate from your registration cost.

Participants are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of their own transportation to and from Atlanta, as well as transportation to all scheduled event locations during the program. This includes airfare, personal vehicles, rideshare services, taxis, and any other method of travel.

Transportation for the included day trip to Macon will be provided.

The Georgian Terrace Hotel will serve as the host hotel for the weekend. Opened in 1911, this historic hotel has welcomed both Atlantans and visitors for more than 115 years. 

A very limited room block has been arranged for Alpha Delta Pi guests at a rate of $189++ per night. Both King and Double rooms are available on a limited basis, and the discounted rate extends for up to two nights before and two nights after the event. If you plan on staying at the hotel and driving, the self-parking rate is $30 overnight and the valet rate is $40 overnight.

Only written cancellations received via email will be honored. We regret that telephone cancellation requests cannot be processed. Cancellations should be submitted to the Event team at events@alphadeltapi.com.

Please note the following cancellation policies:

• Cancellations received before August 1, 2026 will incur a $50 handling fee.
• Cancellations received between August 1 and September 9, 2026 will incur a 50% handling fee of all registration fees paid.
• Cancellations received after September 9, 2026, are nonrefundable.

Air and ground transportation cancellations are subject to individual airline and transportation provider policies. Hotel and rental property cancellations are subject to the policies of the individual venue or property.
